Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Atwell, LLC is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across the Southeast region, managing the full recruitment process, and representing the company at industry events to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions in the Southeast Region
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Achieve recruitment metrics while managing multiple requisitions
- Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation within the applicant tracking system
- Document interviews, candidate evaluations, and job offers in compliance with company practices
- Update and manage job postings on the corporate website and industry job boards
- Design and manage candidate correspondence, including emails and offer communications
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
- Prior experience in the AEC industry required
- Familiarity with employment practices and recruiting compliance
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally as required
