Job Description
The Senior Project Manager at Atwell, LLC leads and manages civil land development projects from start to finish, utilizing design software, maintaining client relationships, overseeing project financials, and mentoring junior staff in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site civil projects from initiation to completion
- Design and analyze projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure project delivery meets expectations
- Develop project proposals and manage client contractual relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for firm growth
- Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of project deliverables
Requirements
- Professional Engineer license in Virginia
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies
- Proven experience managing data center, commercial, and residential land development projects
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in business development
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
