Job Description
The Project Manager at Atwell, LLC leads land development projects, utilizing technical expertise and project management skills to deliver quality results, foster client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to company growth in the engineering and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects from initiation to completion
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for design and analysis
- Build client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and implement quality control
Requirements
- P.E. License in Michigan
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required
- Experience managing private commercial residential land development projects
- Proven ability to cultivate enduring client relationships and translate complex technical analysis
- Demonstrated skill in identifying and pursuing new opportunities and creating compelling technical proposals
- Strong track record of leading project teams and actively mentoring junior engineering staff to foster growth and collaboration
