Job Description
The Program Manager at Atwell, LLC is responsible for designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, and communicating project performance to stakeholders within energy development projects, while managing multiple priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and executive reports
- Understand, analyze, and aggregate business data to generate reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with project management and GIS teams to understand performance metrics
- Attend client meetings to identify needs and priorities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and executing projects
- Develop KPIs to assess project health based on budget analysis
- Gather and analyze data to develop insights and solutions for client needs
- Create Power BI reports and dashboards using data from multiple sources
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate status to stakeholders
- Provide training and support to team members on reporting systems
- Establish standard reporting procedures and systems
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- A four-year degree BA or BS
- 2 years of understanding data applications key concepts and optimization
- 2 years of experience in Power BI data analytics implementation, from requirements gathering with business partners, through development, testing, training, and implementation
- Strong organizational, task and time management skills
- Must possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills for dealing with clients, team members, and prospective clients
- Ability to work independently with authority to work closely with leadership and train, mentor, and work with other project team members
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to develop and adopt standard reporting procedures and systems
- Comfortable working with multiple priorities occurring simultaneously
- Decision-making focused on implementing practical, timely solutions
