The Land Solutions Project Manager oversees utility and transmission projects in the Midwest, managing all phases from land acquisition and permitting to project execution, client communication, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee complex utility and transmission projects across the Midwest region
Define project scope, schedule, and budget
Lead project teams in land acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder coordination
Serve as primary client liaison and provide project updates
Manage contracts, proposals, and change orders to ensure project alignment and profitability
Monitor project performance metrics, financials, and deliverables
Coordinate with sub-consultants, land agents, and document teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience managing utility, transmission, or right-of-way projects
Proven understanding of easement acquisition, permitting, and landowner negotiations
Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills
Experience working with GIS-based systems and project-tracking tools
