Job Description
The Project Manager at Atwell, LLC is responsible for leading land development projects from start to finish, managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, and ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from proposal to completion, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction
- Establish project objectives in collaboration with clients and internal leadership
- Negotiate and execute client contracts while managing budgets, schedules, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely solutions
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure professional growth and technical excellence
- Contribute to business development through presentations, proposals, and relationship-building
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Surveying, or a related field.
- Professional license such as PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, or PS is highly desired.
- Four or more years of relevant experience in civil engineering, environmental consulting, land planning, or surveying.
- Proven experience with private land development projects including residential and commercial.
- Knowledge of local construction markets, permitting, and client expectations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and problem-solve.
- Experience with project management software such as Deltek Vision is preferred.

Compensation range: $105,000 - $160,000 USD
