Job Description
The position involves working on site civil engineering and land development projects, primarily residential, managing projects from planning through construction, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining client relationships and supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on site civil engineering and land development projects, primarily residential.
- Design potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
- Manage projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful execution.
- Process permitting and entitlements across various governmental agencies efficiently.
- Participate in company marketing efforts and foster client and governmental relationships.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure is required
- Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices
- Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects
- Take projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of project development
- Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
- Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process
- Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills
- Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company s profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and governmental agencies
- Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction
