Job Description

A Project Engineer role focused on site civil engineering and land development, responsible for designing infrastructure systems, managing projects from start to finish, handling permitting processes, and contributing to company growth through client and government engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design
  • Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion
  • Handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
  • Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet project deadlines
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and maintain relationships with clients and government entities
  • Contribute to company growth by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University
  • Professional Certification PE Licensure is required
  • Relevant work experience in Pennsylvania is preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred
  • Ability to apply deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more
  • Ability to oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, leveraging local expertise to streamline the process
  • Ability to develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects
  • Active participation in marketing initiatives to enhance the company's presence, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities
  • Ability to contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
