Job Description
The Campus and Early Careers Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment and engagement of early talent, including university relations, campus event coordination, internship program management, and building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for internship positions across all regions and markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations.
- Manage campus event logistics, including registrations and onsite coordination.
- Coordinate branded materials and swag distribution with the marketing team.
- Lead post-event follow-up and candidate engagement to maximize recruiting outcomes.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand internship needs and support hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and track metrics within applicant tracking systems.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
- Assist in planning and executing the summer internship program, including onboarding and engagement.
- Contribute to the development of Atwell’s early talent pipeline and support workforce planning.
Requirements
- Experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or early talent acquisition with at least 1 year of experience, including exposure to full-cycle recruiting sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, sourcing techniques, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal recruiting environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons in September, October, February, and March.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and internal partner experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and market trends.
