Job Description
The Test Automation Engineer will develop and deploy automated testing systems for industrial power supplies, collaborating with engineering teams to analyze requirements, design hardware and software solutions, and troubleshoot complex electrical and software issues in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automated test systems for industrial power supplies
- Collaborate with design engineers and management to interpret test requirements and develop implementation plans
- Implement and integrate hardware and software systems for testing
- Develop scalable software architecture and instrumentation drivers for Windows platforms
- Troubleshoot and maintain production test stations
- Create and interpret electrical schematics and user manuals
- Develop, maintain, and support detailed test station documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with test automation
- Software development experience in languages such as C .Net, Python, and LabVIEW
- Experience with Source Control tools such as Git
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to diagnosing complex electrical and software issues
- Experience with Industrial Communication protocols such as Modbus, Serial, Ethernet, GPIB, EtherCAT, DeviceNet, CAN etc.
- Experience developing driver software modules for instruments such as DMM, Oscilloscope, DAQ, Power Supplies etc.
Benefits & Perks
Salary Range: 90,000-100,000
