Job Description
The IT Intern supports hardware, software, and network infrastructure by troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance, and assisting with upgrades, while gaining hands-on experience in a technical environment under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, identify root cause, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and infrastructure
- Assist with computer hardware maintenance, inventory, and issue triaging
- Support hardware and software upgrades
- Maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT operating procedures
- Monitor and support cybersecurity protocols
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Computer Science degree program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be a hands-on, energetic, driven, and inquisitive technically individual
