The IT Intern supports hardware, software, and network infrastructure by troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance, and assisting with upgrades, while gaining hands-on experience in a technical environment under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, identify root cause, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and infrastructure
Assist with computer hardware maintenance, inventory, and issue triaging
Support hardware and software upgrades
Maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT operating procedures
Monitor and support cybersecurity protocols
Requirements
Enrolled in a Computer Science degree program
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving, organization, and analytical skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be a hands-on, energetic, driven, and inquisitive technically individual
