Job Description

The Program Manager in the Power Business Unit oversees the end-to-end development and execution of power conversion projects, coordinating engineering teams, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring program goals, timelines, and quality standards are met to deliver advanced power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering teams to develop power conversion solutions from start to finish.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Communicate program expectations and progress to team members and customers.
  • Estimate resources, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts within the program.
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation to management and customers.
  • Manage scope changes, develop contingency plans, and address potential crises.
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise program team members and contractors to ensure accountability.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is required or related field is preferred, or 3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the Product Development Process (PDP) is preferred.
  • Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Possess a strong emotional quotient and excel at navigating shifting priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs at the same time.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
