Job Description
A Component Reworker is responsible for supporting the assembly and rework of electronic components for high-power products, performing precise soldering, manual assembly, and ensuring quality standards to maintain product reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the assembly and rework of electronic components for high-power products and new product introductions
- Perform precise soldering of SMT and through-hole components
- Conduct manual electronic assembly following established quality standards and procedures
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
- Maintain compliance with ESD and 5S safety and organizational practices
Requirements
- Proven experience soldering SMT and through-hole components
- Ability to perform manual electronic assembly
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic understanding of electronic components and assemblies
- Must be able to follow procedures and do 5S daily
- Ability to support the assembly and rework of electronic components for advanced high-power products and new product introductions
