Job Description

The Senior HR Generalist Employee Relations Development is responsible for supporting employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and HR compliance, while partnering with management to foster a positive work environment and leading HR training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and hands-on employee relations support, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, coaching, and workplace investigations.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage voluntary termination processes.
  • Lead and manage the performance management program, including coaching and facilitating appraisals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies, compliance, leadership, and workplace practices.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and organizational capability building.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR staff.
  • Coordinate and complete compliance reporting, ensuring HR processes meet legal and policy requirements.
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Lead or participate in special HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, with strong emphasis in employee relations and performance management.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising managers on complex employee issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs and managing learning systems (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leadership.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with ADP and SkillSoft systems (strongly preferred).

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000
