Job Description

A Production Technician specializing in EMI Filters is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality of electronic components, working closely with engineers and team members to maintain manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions for electronic circuitry
  • Diagnose and rectify malfunctions in circuitry and system structures
  • Collaborate with engineers and team members on technical tasks
  • Conduct quality checks and document actions to ensure product standards
  • Prepare work tasks by gathering parts, tools, and materials
  • Position parts and assemblies on PCBs using soldering techniques
  • Test completed components to verify specifications meet standards
  • Resolve assembly issues through dimensional adjustments and notify supervisors

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting and testing electronic components, preferably in RF Tuning.
