Job Description

A Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling manufacturing activities for RF and EMI filters used in high-tech industries, ensuring timely delivery, optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and supporting continuous improvement in production and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of RF and EMI filter products
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize workflow and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods and initiate procurement actions as necessary
  • Prepare and maintain production schedules, work orders, and documentation according to facility standards
  • Analyze production data, generate reports, and identify bottlenecks to recommend process improvements
  • Assist in forecasting demand based on customer orders and historical trends
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for production planning and supply chain processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of RF and EMI filter products
