Job Description
The Global Distribution Manager for EMI Filters at Astrodyne TDI is responsible for developing and managing relationships with distribution partners, driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives, and coordinating operational activities to optimize inventory and support channel expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors' executives, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Implement business development and marketing plans to increase revenue with tier-2 partners
- Coordinate and conduct sales training sessions for distribution and tier-2 partners
- Communicate programs, promotions, and product launches to maximize initiative impact
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and collaborate with product management to address excess inventory
- Work with business units and data analysts to optimize stocking proposals and expand distributor stock breadth
- Process stock rotation requests in collaboration with business units
- Administer the design registration program for design-in partners
- Handle transactional operational issues related to distribution and partnerships
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of B2B related experience is required.
- Distribution Manager or Director experience within the electronics industry.
- A consistent track record of efficiency and over-performance in sales or partner-management roles.
- Travel up to 20-30% of the time.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $110,000 to $140,000
