Job Description
A Product Marketing Manager in the Power Business Unit responsible for developing market strategies, driving revenue growth, supporting product launches, and acting as a subject-matter expert in power electronics to enhance the company's market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies to differentiate in the market
- Support sales teams with insights and resources to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customers
- Coordinate creation of product collateral, launch materials, and training sessions
- Serve as subject-matter expert in product discussions, customer meetings, and trade shows
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
- Experience in power electronics systems is required.
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Proven ability to craft and implement a product strategy that differentiates in the market.
- Ability to develop and refine value propositions to target segments effectively.
- Experience in driving revenue growth by supporting sales teams with insights and support to secure new business and achieve revenue milestones.
- Deep understanding of market research, including analyzing trends, sizing up the competition, and identifying top customer targets.
- Experience in developing market strategy, product roadmaps, and maintaining a competitive edge based on market analysis.
- Ability to coordinate the creation of product collateral, launch materials, and training sessions to ensure sales teams, manufacturer representatives, and customers are well-informed.
- Deep product knowledge and industry insight to serve as a subject-matter expert during engineering discussions, customer meetings, and trade show presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate product development, market analysis, and customer engagement with strategic finesse.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 115,000 - 135,000
Work schedule: Up to 20% travel required
