Job Description
The role involves leading product management efforts within the power electronics sector, including developing product strategies, driving revenue growth, conducting market research, and supporting sales and engineering teams to expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies to differentiate in the market
- Drive revenue growth by supporting sales with insights and resources
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customers
- Coordinate the creation of product collateral, launch materials, and training
- Serve as a subject-matter expert to guide engineering discussions, customer meetings, and trade shows
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
- Experience in power electronics systems is preferred.
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong expertise in market research and business planning.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts with ease and confidence.
- Proven problem-solving skills to navigate product development, market analysis, and customer engagement.
- Ability to develop and implement a product strategy that differentiates the company in the market.
- Experience in driving revenue growth by supporting sales teams with insights and support to secure new business and achieve revenue milestones.
- Deep understanding of market trends, competition, and customer targeting to inform market strategy, product roadmap, and competitive positioning.
- Experience coordinating product collateral, launch materials, and training sessions to ensure sales teams, manufacturer representatives, and customers are well-informed.
- Ability to serve as a subject-matter expert, guiding engineering discussions, customer meetings, and trade show presentations with industry insight.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to connect with customers and partners.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 115,000 - 135,000
