A Wealth Client Service Associate supports financial advisors by providing exceptional client service, handling operational and administrative tasks, and assisting with client onboarding, meetings, and marketing efforts within a dynamic, growth-oriented advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
Service clients and provide operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors
Interface with clients and prospective clients to anticipate needs, resolve problems, and deliver exceptional service
Perform administrative duties such as client meetings, onboarding new clients, and supporting marketing efforts
Support and drive firm initiatives while maintaining risk awareness and regulatory compliance
Requirements
Proven knowledge of firm policy, procedures, and technology to interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and provide exceptional service.
Ability to perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in their daily business practices, including client meetings, onboarding new clients, and marketing.
Maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge relevant to the role.
Resourcefulness, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with proven organizational skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
