Job Description
A Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio will lead high-impact financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions, helping clients maximize opportunities across various industries while contributing to firm growth and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to clients.
- Lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to support practice growth.
Requirements
- Experience in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.
- Ability to serve clients across a diverse range of industries, with strong concentrations in government contracting, construction, and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to practice growth, develop client relationships, and lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Proven experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment within a CPA or advisory firm.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a high-energy, passionate, and ambitious team of professionals.
- Strong understanding of transaction advisory services, including financial analysis and due diligence processes.
- Experience in leading and managing transaction advisory engagements from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to innovate and bring ideas to help grow the firm and improve service delivery.
- Willingness to grow professionally through continuous learning and advancement opportunities.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent (implied by the context of the firm and services).
