Job Description
A Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio is responsible for leading high-impact financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and strategic acquirers across various industries, helping clients maximize opportunities and supporting practice growth within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to clients.
- Lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within the transaction advisory space.
Requirements
- Experience in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.
- Ability to serve clients across a diverse range of industries, with strong concentrations in government contracting, construction, and technology.
- Proven track record of contributing to practice growth, developing client relationships, and leading the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious professionals.
- Strong communication skills to work with clients and team members effectively.
- Willingness to contribute to a high-growth firm and participate in a culture guided by the 'Aprio Way' and fundamental behaviors.
- Ability to innovate and bring ideas to help the firm grow into the CPA firm of choice nationally.

- Educational background or professional experience relevant to CPA, accounting, finance, or related fields (implied by CPA support program and industry focus).
