Job Description
A Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio leads high-impact financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and strategic acquirers, helping clients maximize opportunities across various industries while contributing to firm growth and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to clients.
- Lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within the transaction advisory space.
Requirements
- Experience in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.
- Ability to lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Strong understanding of industries such as government contracting, construction, and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to practice growth and develop client relationships.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and oversee transaction advisory projects.
- Relevant professional experience in transaction advisory services or related financial consulting roles.
- Educational background or professional qualification relevant to CPA or equivalent (implied by CPA support program and industry context).
