Job Description
A Tax Manager role focused on providing strategic tax planning and client service within a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA and advisory firm, specializing in the restaurant and franchise hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tax strategies to reduce clients' tax liabilities
- Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for clients
- Provide tax planning advice tailored to clients in the restaurant and franchise hospitality industry
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or related roles within the restaurant, franchise, or hospitality industries.
- Have a CPA certification or equivalent professional credential recognized in the industry.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing tax strategies that can reduce clients' tax liabilities.
- Show proficiency in working with clients to maximize their tax opportunities and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Have a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to the restaurant, franchise, and hospitality sectors.
- Be committed to providing exceptional client service and maintaining high professional standards.
- Possess the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Be willing to work in a flexible work environment, including remote and hybrid options, as required by the firm.
