Job Description
A Tax Associate at Aprio will work with a dynamic team to provide tax services, helping clients maximize opportunities while contributing to a fast-growing, innovative CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance
- Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation
- Research tax issues and stay updated on tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have the ability to work effectively with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm.
- Be willing to work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of tax.
- Be able to contribute to a collaborative culture that values high-energy, passion, caring, and ambition.
- Have the ability to innovate and bring ideas to help the firm grow to become the CPA firm of choice nationally.
- Be prepared to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Be willing to participate in the firm's CPA support program and complete required coursework or certifications.
- Be able to assist with non-attest tax and consulting services as part of an alternative business structure.
- Possess strong communication skills to work with clients and team members effectively.
