Job Description

A Senior Tax Associate at Aprio works with a dynamic team to serve middle to large-sized tax clients, providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services while contributing to a fast-growing, innovative CPA and advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with tax planning and compliance for middle to large-sized entities
Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation
Provide tax advisory services to optimize client opportunities and ensure compliance

Requirements

Possess proven expertise and deep understanding of tax laws and regulations relevant to middle to large sized tax clients.
Have at least 3 years of experience working in a tax-related role, preferably within a CPA or advisory firm.
Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse and energetic teams in a collaborative environment.
Possess a CPA license or be actively pursuing CPA certification (implied by the CPA support program and cash incentive upon completion).
Have the ability to work with and form relationships with middle to large sized tax clients.
Be able to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment that requires continuous learning and professional growth.
Be willing to work in a flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options.
