Job Description
A Senior Tax Associate at Aprio works with a dynamic team to serve middle to large-sized tax clients, providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services while contributing to a fast-growing, innovative CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance for middle to large-sized entities
- Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation
- Provide tax advisory services to optimize client opportunities and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Possess proven expertise and deep understanding of tax laws and regulations relevant to middle to large sized tax clients.
- Have at least 3 years of experience working in a tax-related role, preferably within a CPA or advisory firm.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse and energetic teams in a collaborative environment.
- Possess a CPA license or be actively pursuing CPA certification (implied by the CPA support program and cash incentive upon completion).
- Have the ability to work with and form relationships with middle to large sized tax clients.
- Be able to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment that requires continuous learning and professional growth.
- Be willing to work in a flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options.
- Be able to meet the application deadline, with the anticipated application window closing on May 15, 2026, and be available for extension if needed.
