Job Description
The Senior Accounting Associate at Aprio will support clients with accounting and financial services within a dynamic, growth-oriented firm, collaborating with a diverse team and contributing to client success and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting tasks and financial data analysis
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Support clients with accounting and compliance needs
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program offered
- Have experience working in a senior accounting role within a fast-growing industry or a similar environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles and practices relevant to the role
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals
- Willingness to grow professionally through continuous learning and advancement opportunities
- Be able to work in a hybrid setup, with location-specific terms and conditions that may apply
- Meet physical and logistical requirements for onsite work if applicable, including participation in onsite programs such as shuttle service and meal provisions
- Possess the ability to perform job duties that may include handling multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality as per industry standards
