Job Description
The Senior Client Service Project Specialist at Aprio is responsible for leading client service initiatives, mentoring team members, resolving complex client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within the firm's Wealth Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop client service associates
- Design and implement client service strategies
- Resolve complex client issues
- Partner with the Director of Client Service to uphold regulatory and firm standards
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for client service activities
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences
- Drive operational efficiency within the client service team
