Job Description
A seasonal Office Support Administrator role focused on electronic document management, including scanning, organizing, and maintaining digital records, for a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm during the busy tax season from early March to late April 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electronic documents by scanning, organizing, and maintaining digital records
- Ensure accuracy and proper filing of digital records
- Support office administrative tasks related to document management
Requirements
- Strong focus on electronic document management, including scanning, organizing, and maintaining accurate digital records
- Ability to work in an in-office environment during the fall busy season from early March through late April 2026
- Must be able to perform tasks related to electronic document management with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Must be able to work during the specified temporary period (early March through late April 2026)
