Job Description
The Manager, RFH Outsourcing at Aprio is responsible for leading outsourcing services within the client accounting team, helping clients optimize their financial operations while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RFH outsourcing operations for clients
- Oversee client accounting services and ensure quality delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet project goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Support business development and client retention efforts
Requirements
- Must have experience working in a managerial role within a CPA firm or advisory firm, specifically related to RFH Outsourcing.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client accounting services, tax, or related financial services.
- Must possess strong leadership and team management skills to oversee a dynamic team.
- Must have the ability to work in a flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options.
- Must have a thorough understanding of CPA firm services, tax, and consulting services as they relate to RFH Outsourcing.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with a high-energy, passionate, and ambitious team of professionals.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Must have a track record of delivering exceptional client and team-member experiences, guided by fundamental behaviors and the 'Aprio Way'.
