• Conducting multiple auditing projects and client engagements • Effectively communicating with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations, status of engagements and other matters • Initiating an active role in marketing our firm services resulting in new business • Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients • Traveling 15-20% of the time

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Master’s degree preferred • Licensed CPA • Developed specialties in Real Estate, Manufacturing & Distribution, and/or Retail • 4-7 years of experience working for a public accounting firm • Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants • Analytical skills in relation to financial statements and other financial information • Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers • Demonstrating initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently
