Job Description
A Lead AI Engineer role focused on developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions within a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA and advisory firm, supporting client opportunities and fostering innovation in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions for clients.
- Design, build, and optimize AI models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into client projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading AI engineering projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in AI or machine learning development.
- Strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts clearly.
- Physical ability to work in an office environment or remotely as per the company's flexible working options.
