Job Description
The Director of People Operations and Technology is a strategic leader responsible for managing HR systems, particularly Workday, optimizing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting scalable growth within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Design ecosystem processes, platforms, and compliance to enable HR processes
- Own and manage HR systems, specifically Workday
- Drive HR operations process optimization and automation
- Guide day-to-day execution of HR processes
- Partner with the M&A integration team to connect stakeholders and simplify complexity
- Ensure scalable growth through process and infrastructure management
Requirements
- A strategic leader who speaks both Workday and business operations.
- Experience in designing ecosystem processes, platforms, and compliance to enable HR processes.
- Ability to guide day-to-day execution of HR systems and processes.
- Ownership of HR systems Workday and driving HR Operations process optimization and automation.
- Experience in balancing tactical delivery with stewardship of HR infrastructure to deliver business outcomes.
- Ability to connect stakeholders, simplify complexity, and enable scalable growth as a trusted partner to the M&A integration team.
