Job Description
The Assurance Director in the Professional Practice Group at Aprio is responsible for leading technical accounting quality, developing policies, and serving as a subject matter expert on complex accounting standards to support assurance and advisory services within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical accounting quality, consistency, and innovation across assurance and advisory practices.
- Serve as the firm’s subject matter expert on complex accounting standards.
- Lead the development of technical policies and methodologies.
- Support the integration of technical accounting practices in future firm mergers.
