Job Description

The US Payroll Manager oversees the payroll operations for over 2,500 employees and partners across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accurate, timely payments while maintaining compliance and confidentiality in a high-volume, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the payroll function for over 2,500 employees and partners across the U.S. and Canada
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Manage a high-volume, complex payroll environment
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll information

Requirements

  • Oversee the payroll function, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of over 2,500 employees and partners across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Manage a high-volume, complex payroll environment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and compliance.
  • Possess a highly organized, regulatory-savvy professional skill set suitable for managing payroll operations.
  • Have experience in managing payroll for employees and partners across multiple regions, specifically the U.S. and Canada.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements applicable to the U.S. and Canada.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain CPA Certification (as CPA Certification Assistance is offered).
