Job Description
A detail-oriented Tax Help Desk Associate supporting tax professionals by resolving technical issues, managing tax software configurations, and ensuring smooth tax-related processes within a dynamic accounting firm.

- Manage and configure tax software to ensure smooth operation
- Assist with tax-related processes to maintain productivity across the firm
Requirements
- Support the accounting firm's tax professionals by resolving technical issues related to tax software applications.
- Manage software configurations to ensure smooth operation of tax-related processes.
- Support tax-related processes as part of the role.
- Possess the ability to work with tax software applications such as CCH Axcess Tax, GoSystemsRS, or K1X (implied by the job title and responsibilities).
- Demonstrate attention to detail and responsiveness in handling technical support tasks.
- Be willing to work in a hybrid setup if assigned to a role that requires onsite presence, with terms and conditions to be specified.
- Possess or be pursuing CPA certification (indicated by CPA Certification Assistance offered).
