Job Description
The Tax Associate at Aprio will work with a dynamic team to assist clients in maximizing their tax opportunities, contributing to a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm that offers professional growth, competitive compensation, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance.
- Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
- Research tax regulations and advise clients on tax strategies.
Requirements
- Possession of a CPA Certification or willingness to obtain CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program provided
- Ability to work as part of a team in a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious professional environment
- Willingness to grow professionally in an environment that fosters continuous learning and advancement
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup if the role is designated for such, subject to location, terms, and conditions
- Ability to work full-time as a Tax Associate in a professional services firm
- Demonstrated understanding of tax principles and client opportunity maximization (implied by role responsibilities)
