Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Administrator role within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, responsible for supporting recruitment processes, collaborating with a dynamic team, and contributing to the company's growth and talent management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the talent acquisition process for the firm.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment activities across multiple office locations.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding and new hire documentation procedures.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Provide administrative support related to talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

  • Possess the skills and ability to work effectively as part of a Talent Acquisition team within a fast-growing, dynamic firm.
  • Have the capacity to assist with talent acquisition processes for a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm.
  • Be willing to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions that may vary based on the role's location.
  • Be able to participate in on-demand learning classes to support ongoing professional development.
  • Be capable of handling discretionary time off and holidays as part of the full-time employment benefits.
  • Be prepared to contribute to a performance-based salary increase and discretionary incentive compensation based on client or individual performance.
  • Possess or be willing to pursue CPA Certification with the support of the firm, including CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program.
