Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-priority and technical positions at Aprio PH, collaborating closely with hiring teams and stakeholders to ensure successful hiring aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-priority and technical positions
- Collaborate with Co-Talent Acquisition Advisors, Stakeholders, and Hiring Managers to align hiring with business needs and timelines
- Support the PH hiring team in driving hiring success
Requirements
- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-priority and technical positions across the firm.
- Collaborate closely with Co-Talent Acquisition Advisors, Stakeholders, and Hiring Managers to ensure alignment with business needs and hiring timelines.
- Support the PH hiring team in driving hiring success.
- Possess the ability to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions that may apply based on the role and location.
- Demonstrate experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-priority and technical positions.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Possess strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Be able to support and coordinate with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders simultaneously.
