Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high-priority and technical positions within Aprio Philippines, collaborating closely with hiring teams and stakeholders to ensure successful hiring aligned with business needs.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-priority and technical positions.
- Collaborate with Co-Talent Acquisition Advisors, Stakeholders, and Hiring Managers to align hiring with business needs and timelines.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-priority and technical positions across the firm.
- Support the PH hiring team by collaborating closely with Co-Talent Acquisition Advisors, Stakeholders, and Hiring Managers to ensure alignment with business needs and hiring timelines.
- Have experience in recruiting for high-priority and technical positions.
- Possess the ability to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions that may apply based on the role and location.
