Job Description
The Senior Manager, Accounting Operations at Aprio is responsible for overseeing accounting processes within the Client Accounting Services team, contributing to client success, and supporting the firm's growth through leadership and strategic oversight in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations for clients within the Client Accounting Services team.
- Lead and oversee accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency in accounting workflows.
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program support.
- Have experience working in accounting operations, specifically within a client accounting services environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.
- Be capable of growing professionally in an environment that fosters continuous learning and advancement.
- Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices relevant to the role.
- Have experience working in a fast-growing industry or environment that requires strategic foresight and deep understanding of industry-specific needs.
- Be able to work in a hybrid setup if the role is designated as such, subject to location, terms, and conditions.
- Meet the physical or logistical requirements for onsite work if applicable, including participation in onsite programs such as shuttle services and on-demand learning classes.
