Job Description
The Senior Learning Designer at Aprio is responsible for creating strategic, engaging, and interactive learning solutions, including e-learning modules and instructor-led sessions, to support professional development and meet firm goals using instructional design principles and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design strategic learning solutions aligned with firm goals to drive measurable results
- Conduct training needs and gap analysis in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop engaging instructional materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning solutions
- Coordinate the entire instructional design process with subject matter experts and external partners
- Utilize learning design tools and manage content within Learning Management Systems such as LCvista and Workday
Requirements
- Designing strategic learning solutions that align learning ecosystems with team and firm goals to drive measurable results.
- Conducting training needs and gap analysis to identify learning requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including subject matter experts and external partners, throughout the entire design process.
- Applying adult learning principles to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Producing instructional materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, blended learning solutions, and in-person conferences that adhere to NASBA's CPE requirements.
- Working with Learning Management Systems such as LCvista and Workday.
- Having a strong foundation in instructional design tools like Articulate 360 and the ability to build relevant learning content in a professional services environment.
- Possessing a strong consulting background or experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Being naturally curious, detail-oriented, highly adaptable, with a passion for creative problem-solving and a strong analytical mindset.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to challenges.
