Job Description
A Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supporting financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects within a fast-growing professional services firm, working closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide insights and data management to aid leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions
- Provide analytical insights, data management, and process support to the U.S.-based CFO team
- Conduct financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement to enable informed decision-making
Requirements
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions.
- Work closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide analytical insights, data management, and process support.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives within a fast-growing professional services firm.
- Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA certification with assistance provided.
- Demonstrate experience in financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement.
- Have the ability to support financial decision-making at the leadership level through analytical insights and data management.
- Be based in the Philippines and able to support the Office of the CFO in that location.
- Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based and local teams.
- Be able to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions applicable to the role's location.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related fields.
- Possess knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices relevant to a professional services firm.
- Be capable of supporting process improvements and business initiatives through data analysis and modeling.
