Job Description
The Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio PH is responsible for providing expert support and analysis for business transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and financial advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Assist clients with transaction structuring and valuation analysis
- Prepare and review financial models and reports
- Support deal negotiations and documentation
Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction advisory services or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial analysis and valuation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Experience with financial modeling and due diligence processes is essential.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
