Job Description
The Senior Associate in Assurance Services at Aprio will support clients by providing personalized audit expertise, ensuring accurate financial statements, and helping stakeholders make informed business decisions within a professional and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in preparing accurate financial statements for effective business management.
- Perform personalized audit procedures to provide assurance and financial insights to stakeholders.
- Adhere to PCAOB standards and deliver a full range of assurance services efficiently.
- Build trusted relationships through clear communication during the audit process.
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be eligible to obtain CPA certification (CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program mentioned).
- Have professional experience in assurance or audit services, preferably with exposure to private and closely-held companies.
- Adhere to the highest professional standards as a registered member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
- Demonstrate the ability to provide specialized and personalized audit expertise that offers stakeholders confidence and financial insight.
- Maintain clear communication skills to build trusted relationships with clients and team members.
- Be able to work efficiently throughout the audit process to make the audit experience effortless for clients.
- Be willing to work in a hybrid setup if the role is designated as such, with terms and conditions to be specified.
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional growth in the assurance and audit field.
- Possess strong organizational skills to support the preparation of precise financial statements for private and closely-held companies.
- Be able to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, and ambitious team environment.
