Job Description
The Senior Accounting Associate at Aprio will support client accounting services by managing accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the firm's growth and client success within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with accounting and financial reporting tasks
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Support the outsourcing team in managing client accounts and ensuring accuracy
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program offered
- Have experience working as a Senior Accounting Associate or in a similar accounting role (specific years of experience not provided but implied as senior level)
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting practices and client accounting services, with the ability to help clients maximize their opportunities
- Be able to work in a hybrid setup if the role is location-specific, with terms and conditions that may apply
- Possess strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals
- Commit to continuous professional growth and learning in an environment that fosters advancement
- Be able to work full-time as a team member, with availability for on-site work if required
