Job Description
A Seasonal Tax Support Specialist provides national support to the Tax Department, helping to optimize efficiency, client experience, and quality control within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide national support to the Tax Department to enhance efficiency, client experience, and quality control.
- Assist with e-filing processes for tax documents.
- Collaborate with team members across different levels and departments to ensure accurate and timely tax processing.
- Support the preparation and review of tax filings and related documentation.
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with tax regulations and firm standards.
Requirements
- Provide national support to the Tax Department firm wide, optimizing efficiency, client experience, and quality control.
- Interact with team members within your team as well as others outside of your team at all levels.
- Possess the ability to work in a hybrid setup if assigned to roles that require it, with terms and conditions that may apply.
- Have or be pursuing CPA Certification, with assistance and bonus programs offered.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, potentially through on-demand learning classes.
- Be able to work full-time, with discretionary time off and holidays as provided.
- Be able to perform job duties in a manner consistent with the firm’s standards for quality and efficiency.
