Job Description
A Seasonal Tax Support Specialist provides national support to the Tax Department of a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, focusing on improving efficiency, client experience, and quality control through collaboration and strategic assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide national support to the Tax Department to improve efficiency, client experience, and quality control
- Collaborate with team members within and outside of the Tax Support Teams at all levels
- Assist in data support tasks related to tax engagements
Requirements
- Provide national support to the Tax Department firm wide, optimizing efficiency, client experience, and quality control.
- Interact with team members within your team as well as others outside of your team at all levels.
- Possess the ability to work in a hybrid setup if the role is selected for such a arrangement, with terms and conditions that may apply.
- Have CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification, with assistance and bonus programs available.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, growth, and professional development.

- Meet the physical or logistical requirements for onsite work, including participation in provided shuttle services and access to onsite amenities such as free lunch and on-demand learning classes.
