Job Description
The Quickbooks Migration Lead at Aprio is responsible for managing and executing Quickbooks migration projects, working with clients to optimize their financial systems, and collaborating with a dynamic team within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration process to implement QuickBooks for clients
- Coordinate with clients to understand their accounting needs and ensure successful setup
- Configure and customize QuickBooks software to meet client requirements
- Provide training and support to clients on QuickBooks functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after the migration process
Requirements
- Experience working with QuickBooks and leading QuickBooks migration projects.
- Ability to lead and manage the implementation of QuickBooks for clients.
- Proven expertise in Intuit QuickBooks software and its integration processes.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role related to accounting software implementation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes relevant to QuickBooks.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and team members to ensure successful QuickBooks migration.
- Experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations during software migration.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical processes to non-technical clients.
- Relevant professional certification or experience in accounting, finance, or related fields (implied by CPA Certification Assistance).
