Job Description
The People Operations Coordinator at Aprio supports the firm's HR and people culture initiatives, working within a dynamic team to foster professional growth, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate people operations activities within the firm
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Assist with employee record management and data accuracy
- Facilitate communication between HR and staff
- Support implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and policies
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrate experience in a People Operations or Human Resources coordination role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and interact with team members at all levels.
- Willingness to support and coordinate employee programs such as wellness, recognition, and learning initiatives.
- Ability to assist with CPA Certification processes and participate in related bonus programs.
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to work onsite and remotely as per role requirements and company policies.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information appropriately.
- Physical ability to perform duties that may include sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and attending meetings as required.
