Job Description
The Payroll Services Manager oversees the payroll function for over 2,500 employees and partners across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accurate, timely payments while maintaining compliance and confidentiality in a high-volume, complex environment.

Requirements
- Oversee the payroll function, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of over 2,500 employees and partners across the U.S. and Canada.
- Manage a high-volume, complex payroll environment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and compliance.
- Possess a highly organized, regulatory-savvy professional background suitable for managing payroll operations.
- Have experience working with payroll for employees and partners across multiple regions, specifically the U.S. and Canada.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage payroll in a complex environment with high volume and multiple regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and confidentiality standards.
